I have been in the tutoring program of my High School for about 1 year now. I have experience in helping other students understand their subject better. I assure myself that they’re kids feel safe enough for them to tell me if the subject is still not clear. Listening and understanding where the issue might come from is very important to me as well as changing the teaching dynamic according to their level of understanding and how they would consume the knowledge better (Sketches etc. )
